The theme today is… Stevie Mack
A few days ago, I mentioned that Stevie Mack asked me to write a theme song for his radio show. Not being one for sitting around idly, I decided to put other projects on hold for a couple of days and get on with it. I am happy to say it is now finished. I recorded two different versions – one for the start of the show, and one for the end credits, and there are also a couple of idents establishing the Stevie brand and one of his catch phrases.
Stevie has already been back to me saying that the new themes will be a part of the show from 1st March. Make sure to listen in at Stevie Mack Radio. This is the only place you’ll get to hear the tracks.
And don’t just listen in for the music. I only work with people I like, and Stevie is a genuinely funny and entertaining guy who you should all check out, if you haven’t already.
As a footnote, one of the files I sent via the Internet failed to arrive with Mr. Mack. Now, much as I appreciate the Internet and what we can do with it, I also have this ‘material world’ perspective when it comes to sending stuff. I mean, if it’s a package, then we assume a postman pocketed it, or it got misplaced in a warehouse somewhere, or ended up on the baggage carousel in Jersey when it was supposed to land at LAX.
